A host of internet service providers or ISP’s have set up shop in Bali, giving both commercial and private customers a relatively wide choice of services. Blueline, Telkom Speedy, Global Xtreme, Indosat, Channel 11 are just some of the ISPs available. Yet as little as four years ago, downloading media files was a process best measured in geological time and as for streams, they were frozen most of the time.
